Website Terms of Use

Effective date: 26 August 2026

About these terms

These terms of use govern your access to and use of this website, which is operated by Nadine Donohoe Interiors Ltd. (“Nadine Donohoe Interiors”, “the studio”, “we”, “us”), an interior architecture and design practice based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Use of this website

This website presents the work, services and views of the studio, and its content is provided for general information only. It does not constitute design, architectural, engineering, construction, planning, regulatory or other professional advice in relation to any specific property, and it should not be relied upon as such. You should always obtain advice tailored to your own property and circumstances before making decisions or committing to work.

You agree to use this website lawfully, and not to:

  • use it in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server on which it is stored, or any connected server, computer or database;
  • introduce any malicious or technologically harmful material, or otherwise interfere with the website’s operation, integrity or security;
  • copy, scrape, republish, sell or otherwise exploit the website or its content except as these terms expressly permit.

Material you send us

If you send us material with an inquiry, such as photographs, plans, drawings, links or a mood board, you confirm that you are entitled to share it with us and that doing so does not breach anyone else’s rights or any obligation of confidence. You grant us permission to use that material for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your inquiry, and, if an engagement follows, for the purpose of carrying out the project.

We will not publish material you send us, or identify you or your property publicly, without your permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography, drawings, graphics, layout, design, and the Nadine Donohoe Interiors name and marks, is owned by the studio or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may view this website and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or use any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Photography credits are shown where applicable, and photography may also be subject to the photographer’s own rights.

Inquiries and engagement

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on either side. The studio takes on a limited number of projects and reviews each inquiry individually. We may decline an inquiry, and we are not obliged to give reasons.

Any indication of scope, timescale, availability or fees given on this website or in early correspondence is indicative only and is not an offer. An engagement begins only when a written proposal or agreement has been signed by both parties, and that document, rather than this website, governs the services provided.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that its content is complete, accurate or up to date. Project descriptions, service descriptions and timescales are illustrative and may change.

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses, and we may change, suspend or withdraw all or any part of it at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission on this website at any time and without notice, but we are under no obligation to update its content except as required by law.

Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms. Those links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites, do not endorse them, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations and other terms, whether express or implied, that may apply to this website or its content;
  • we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect, special or consequential loss, however arising, in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website or your reliance on any of its content.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website, your infringement of the rights of any third party, or any material you send us in breach of the section headed “Material you send us” above.

Suspension and termination

We may withdraw, restrict or suspend your access to this website at any time, without notice and without liability, if we consider that you have breached these terms or that your use of the website may harm the website, the studio or any other person. The sections of these terms that by their nature are intended to survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, continue to apply after your access ends.

Privacy

The studio’s handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

General

If any provision of these terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will apply to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if we delay in enforcing any right against you, that will not mean that we have waived that right, or that you do not have to comply.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this website, and supersede any previous understanding or communication between us on that subject. Where a written proposal or agreement for design services has been signed, that document governs those services.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and your continued use of the website after a change is published means that you accept the revised terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with this website, including non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. You and we agree that the courts of the Cayman Islands have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
